Title: mmWave and THz ASoB and ASoC
Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of silicon-based multi-channel millimeter wave (mmWave) and terahertz (THz) integrated circuits, 5G/6G millimeter wave systems, millimeter wave satellite communication systems, millimeter wave radar systems, millimeter wave and terahertz radio astronomy systems etc. are also rapidly evolving to single board integrated array system or array-system-on-board (ASoB), and even array-system-on-chip (ASoC). This talk mainly introduces the research progress in mmWave and THz ASoB or ASoC of the State Key Laboratory of Millimeter Waves (SKLMMW) of Southeast University, the Purple Mountain Laboratory (PML) and cooperative enterprises.
