Title: Future prospects of High Power Amplifier Technologies Toward 6G

Abstract

In this invited talk, high power amplifier technologies for 5G, including FR1 Sub6 and FR2 mmW, will be reviewed. It consists not only amplifier circuit design issue, but also AI assisted distortion compensation
technologies. Then, emerging amplifier technologies for 6G, mainly focusing on over 100GHz amplifiers, and more future vison for THz will be introduced.
