Dr. Daniel Kartawiguna, ST, MM, M.Acc., born in Purwokerto, Central Java in 1973, is an accomplished academic and professional. He earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Trisakti University, Jakarta, Indonesia (1991-1995). He later completed a Master’s in Information Systems Management at Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta (2001), and a Master of Accounting through a collaborative program with Curtin Business School, Perth, Australia (2001). In 2018, he achieved a doctorate in Business Information System Management from Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta.

Dr. Kartawiguna is also a certified service engineer for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography Scanner (CT-Scan), and Radiology Information Systems, specializing in PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems), with training from Siemens Healthcare Training Center, Erlangen, Germany.

Currently, he serves as Head of Project Management at PT Siemens Healthineers Indonesia, Jakarta, and is an Associate Faculty member in the Information Systems Department at Bina Nusantara University. Additionally, he is a Visiting Professor at Swiss-German University for Biomedical Engineering and a Guest Lecturer for Electromedical Engineering and Radio-diagnostic and Radiotherapy Engineering at Health Polytechnic of The Ministry of Health Jakarta II and Semarang.

Active in the academic community, Dr. Kartawiguna frequently speaks at seminars and workshops for the Indonesian Radiographers Association (PARI). He is also a prolific writer, having authored books such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Tomography Instrumentation in 2015, Nuclear Medicine Radiology in 2015, and Computed Tomography Scanner Instrumentation in 2018. His scientific articles have been published in international journals, including:
